Center for Existential Humanistic Psychology

Overview and Aims

The Center for Existential Humanistic Psychology is mainly interested in the study and development of the Existential Humanistic approach as a way of psychotherapy and thinking in Malaysia. This includes thinking about life and death, about our meaning in life, and facing the givens in our lives. Since its formation in 2016, the center has produced conferences and workshops that gradually promotes awareness and conversations in this introspective way of psychotherapy and thinking.
